What we refer to as a bonus or promotion may include free spins, any type of bonus, as well as any amount added directly to your player account when a deposit is made.

1. How cash and bonus balances work
1.1 When a deposit is made, that amount is placed into a 'cash balance' and the associated bonus amount is placed into a 'bonus balance'.
1.2 The cash balance amount may at any time be subject to a withdrawal request according to the general withdrawal conditions (see 4. Withdrawals in the General Terms and Conditions of Use).
1.3 When a player has an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.4 Bonuses and any associated winnings are withdrawable once the wagering requirements of the bonus have been met. Progress towards the bonus wagering requirements is visible in the “Balances” tab of your cashier.
2. Bonus wagering requirements
2.1 By default, the wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
2.2 Only bets placed using the bonus balance contribute to the wagering requirements of that bonus.
2.3 When the player fully completes the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to the cash balance.
2.4 If the player makes a withdrawal request before completing the wagering requirements, the active bonus and any pending free spins will be automatically canceled.
2.5 Each game has a different contribution level to the wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%, video poker games 20%, table games and live dealer games contribute 5%. Other games do not contribute to wagering requirements.
2.6 The maximum period to meet bonus wagering requirements is 30 days. After this period, the bonus balance will be canceled.
2.7 When a bet uses both cash balance and bonus balance, it is called a “mixed bet”. In this case, all winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
2.8 The maximum allowed bet when using a bonus is 10 INR per game round. If the player places a bet higher than this amount, the bonus and any winnings will be canceled.
3. Free spins
3.1 Winnings from free spins are credited directly to the cash balance without wagering requirements.
3.2 The withdrawal limit for winnings generated from free spins is 300 INR.
3.3 Free spins are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
3.4 Deposits related to free spins can only be withdrawn provided they have been wagered at least once on slot machine games.
3.5 Any withdrawal request voids free spins present on the account that have not been activated by the player at the time of such withdrawal.
4. Jackpots
4.1 All jackpot amounts displayed on the site are for information purposes only. The amount of each jackpot is shown in the game window intended for this purpose once the game has been launched.
4.2 When a jackpot is won, it is immediately reset on the site server. This occurs in real time; however, it is possible that the display may only be reset after a short delay. Regardless of the jackpot amount displayed in the game, the jackpot amount on the server at the time of the win is the reward that will be awarded.
4.3 Any progressive jackpot payment greater than or equal to 50,000 INR may require an additional 14 days of processing.
5. General bonus rules
5.1 By participating in promotions and/or by agreeing to receive the bonus(es) offered by Cwinz Casino, the player automatically declares acceptance of the terms and conditions related to the offer or bonus as well as the general terms and conditions of promotions/bonuses listed on this page.
5.2 A player may obtain a maximum of one (1) bonus per promotional offer unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of one of our promotions.
5.3 Bonuses and promotional offers are not cumulative (unless otherwise indicated) and can only be granted once per person, per household, per residential address or per IP address..
5.4 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required to qualify for a bonus is 10 INR.
5.5 If a player is eligible to receive a bonus, the deadline to claim it is 24 hours. This deadline is 30 days for the welcome bonus only.
5.6 In the case of free bonuses obtained outside of any promotion, the maximum allowed withdrawal is 20 times the amount of the bonus.
5.7 The maximum withdrawal amount following the receipt of a no-deposit registration bonus is limited to 100 INR
5.8 We reserve the right to cancel any bonus as well as the winnings related to them in case of fraud or where the player has placed bets with almost no risk solely for the purpose of meeting the wagering requirements of the bonus.
5.9 Any winnings related to a non-legitimate bonus may be subject to cancellation of the bonus or the winnings related to it.
5.10 Any manipulation of play such as the use of the Martingale practice, the Paroli Betting System or Bonus Hunt (non-exhaustive list) is not permitted and may result in the cancellation of related winnings.
5.11 These practices may also lead to account suspension and/or the removal of any promotional offer for the player.
5.12 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In this case, they must contact customer support before placing any wager and/or starting to play, in order to remove the current bonus and to disable the receipt and display of any future bonus.
5.13 Players from the following countries are not eligible for our promotions: Finland, Sweden, Norway, South America and Central America (non-exhaustive list).
